MARTINSVILLE TO GET NEW COUNTRY COOKIN'

Country Cookin', a Roanoke-based restaurant chain, will open a restaurant in the Liberty Fair Mall in Martinsville on June 15.

The 5,000-square-foot restaurant will be at the mall's main entrance. It is Country Cookin's 13th restaurant.

The chain, started in 1979, is owned by Roger Smith. It has 500 employees and will employ 50 people at Martinsville. - Staff report
