JACK SMITH AGENCY TO HANDLE WENDY'S ADS

The Jack Smith Agency of Roanoke is the new advertising agency of record for the Wendy's Co-op of Southwestern Virginia. The account had been handled by Houck Advertising, which went out of business earlier this year.

The final review included several agencies from as far away as Philadelphia.

The Wendy's Co-op is composed of five people who among them own 18 locations in Blacksburg, Radford, Lexington, Covington, Christiansburg, Galax, Wytheville, Collinsville, Danville, Roanoke, Salem and Lynchburg. - Staff report
