SUMMER STRING FUN AT RADFORD UNIVERSITY

Radford University's Community Arts School will sponsor a week-long program for young string players called Summer String Fun.

It will be 9 a.m.-2:45 p.m. July 16-20 with Judith Schneck as director and principal teacher. Activities include violin classes, theory, movement, dance, drama and orchestra experience. A recreational period with swimming and a time of supervised practice are also scheduled.

The week's activities cost $50 and classes will be limited in size. Early enrollment is advised. Call 831-5177 for details and to get a registration form.
