\ DALEVILLE - Paul Coleman Snead, age 67, passed away Thursday, May 3, 1990 in a Roanoke hospital after an extended illness. A longtime resident of Covington until retirement, he was active in the Snead Buick Pontiac Company dealership for over 40 years. He was a lifetime member of Christ United Methodist Church in Covington. Surviving are his wife, Norma Fuller Snead; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul Stephen Snead and Linda H. Snead; two grandchildren, Eleanor and Patrick Snead, all of Salem; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Foster G. Fuller, Roanoke; six brothers, Anthony J., Thomas J., Raymond A., Harold J. Snead, all of Covington; Marion M. Snead, Roanoke; Edward L. Snead, Newport News; one sister, Hildreth S. Fleshman, Crows; a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Earl F. Fuller, Fincastle. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 7 with the Rev. Charles Moore and the Rev. Gene Williams officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday and other times at the home.
