BOSWORTH, ALLAN B.

Allan B. (Jim) Bosworth, age 64, formerly of Salem, died at his home in Boston, Mass., after losing a battle with cancer. A native of San Diego, Calif., he served as a radioman aboard the U.S.S. Missouri until the end of World War II. He was a writer and a photographer. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte H. Bosworth, Roanoke; two daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Jamie) Fischbuch and Mrs. William (Kim) Cower; two sons-in-law; one grandson, William J. Cower, all of Portland, Ore. Arrangements are by J. S. Waterman & Sons, Boston. Private services will be held in Portland, Ore.
