PHOTOS ON EXHIBIT IN MARTINSVILLE

Three exhibits that were entries in the Photo-Expo '90 competition are on display through May 27 at Piedmont Arts Association in Martinsville.

"The Magalloway Photography Project" was initiated by photographer David Fulton, who will judge this year's competition. The exhibition is a result of a pinhole-camera project that students made from oatmeal boxes and 127mm lens cameras to illustrate their community in Magalloway Plantation, Maine.

"Kids" by Fulton is a black and white exhibition on childhood.

Artist Roberta Tefft focuses on the beauty of everyday life in her exhibition titled, "Bananas, Cats, Gingko Leaves, and Other Facts of Life." Tefft is a native of Winston-Salem, N.C.
