\ HILLSVILLE - Mrs. Patra Padgett Martin, age 59, of Hillsville, passed away Saturday, May 5, 1990, in Roanoke. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. Carol Martin Nichols and Mr. Edward Nichols, both of Chesterfield; her mother, Mrs. Myrtis Martin Padgett, Hillsville; one sister, Mrs. Clevo (Erthyl) Dalton, Hillsville; five brothers, Mr. Ottie Padgett, Mr. Guy Padgett, Mr. James Padgett, Mr. Joe Padgett and Mr. Don Padgett, all of Hillsville; two granddaughters, Ashley Lynn Nichols and Heather Nicole Nichols. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 8, at 3:00 p.m. in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel conducted by the Rev. Omer Vass. Burial will be in the C. C. Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.
