MEREDITH, SARA A. Sara Adams Meredith, age 73, of Roanoke, died May 8, 1990, in a local hospital. She was the widow of William W. Meredith. Surviving are one son, William W. Meredith, II, Roanoke; one granddaughter, Candice R. Meredith, Virginia Beach; one brother, William R. Adams, Jr., Atlantic, Ga. Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Sherwood Burial Park at 3:00 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Arthur Grant officiating. Friends may at Oakey's South Chapel after 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
