ROANOKE VETERANS CHOOSE NEW OFFICERS

Steve Goodwin has been elected president of the Roanoke Valley Veterans Council for the 1990 term.

Other officers are Dan E. Karnes, vice president; Corky B. Coughlin, treasurer; Dallas W. Proax Jr., secretary; Frank Holdren Jr., sergeant-at-arms; and Thomas Berger, chaplain.

Members of the board of directors are Sloan H. Hoopes, Thomas R. Plymale, Richard S. Thomas, Andy W. Bryson and Milton L. Aliff.
