GARDEN CLUB WINS SCRAP BOOK AWARD

The Town and Country Garden Club won the Scrap Book Ribbon Award at the recent Blue Ridge District Spring meeting with the help of A.S. Beecher.

Club President Jim Faish presented a program on the "Art of Making Corsages" at their May meeting. Various blue ribbons for assigned arrangements were also awarded.

From June 18 to 20 a "Landscape Design School" course will be held at Virginia Tech.
