\ Dr. Edmond G. Taylor, Sr., age 68, of Roanoke died Thursday, May 10, 1990 at his residence. He was a retired optometrist. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth H. Taylor; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Edmond G. Taylor, Jr. and Julie Taylor, Roanoke; Thomas David Taylor, Leesburg; one grandson, Christopher Taylor. Memorial services will be conducted at the graveside, Jones Family Cemetery, adjacent to the Fairview Church of the Brethren, 1:00 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Robert L. Williard officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Cave Spring Rescue Squad or Fire Department or to the Fairview Church of the Brethren, c/o Paul Bussey, Rt. 5, Rocky Mt., Va. 24151. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mt.
