ASBURY, EVELYN M.\ Mrs. Evelyn Marie Asbury, age 59, of Bluewell, W.Va., formerly of the Princeton area, died Friday at a Princeton hospital. Born March 14, 1931, at Oakvale, she was the daughter of Houston Richards of Princeton and the late Nannie Blankenship Richards. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orvin Franklin Asbury, and two brothers. In addition to her father, she is survived by one son, Roger Asbury, Wytheville, Va.; five daughters, Mrs. Linda Carol Pauley, Princeton, W.Va.; Mrs. Janet Graham, Kingsport, Tenn.; Mrs. Patricia Lucas, Bluewell, W.Va.; Mrs. Deborah Guthrie, Roanoke, Va.; Mrs. Camellia Wagner, Boone, N.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Arvis, Petersburg, Va.; Mrs. Zella Brown Veneri, Beckley, W.Va.; seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory in Princeton with the Rev. Jimmie Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park at Bluewell. Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
