BLACKSBURG CAPTURES REGIONAL SOCCER TITLE

Blacksburg, the defending Group AA state soccer champion, routed Virginia High 7-0 in the Region IV championship Saturday afternoon.

Darren Cross and Andrew Warren scored two goals each for the unbeaten Indians (14-0-1).
