SPRING FESTIVAL SATURDAY IN RICHLANDS

The 17th annual Southwest Spring Festival on Saturday will feature Jim & Jesse and the Virginia Boys and Jimmy Martin starting at 5:30 p.m.

It will be preceded by a Southwest Virginia Community College alumni gathering Friday. The country and bluegrass music program is open to the public Saturday at no charge.
