"This lost aircraft could be in anyone's lower 40," Civil Air Patrol Lt. Col. George Berke said Tuesday, the fifth day of the search for the plane.
Berke asked landowners with large acreage to walk their property in search of the six-seat, red-and-white Cessna 210 that has been missing since Thursday.
The plane was carrying six Washington-area men home from a fishing trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. - Associated Press
