WILEY, OPHELIA\ Mrs. Ophelia Wiley, age 31, of 1827 Hanover Avenue, N.W., passed away Thursday. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Chapel with burial in Williams Memorial Park. The procession will form at the home of her brother, James Borders, 1232 Rugby Blvd., N.W. Friends may call on the family Sunday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
