CRAWFORD, MYRTLE B.\ Mrs. Myrtle Brickey Crawford, age 77, died Saturday, May 19, 1990, in a Roanoke hospital. She was a member of the Catawba Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one son, Edwin Crawford. She is survived by her husband, Earl Crawford, Troutville; five sons, Carl L. Crawford, Melvin D. Crawford, both of Salem; David L. Crawford, Troutville; Kyle B. Crawford, Vinton; Randall L. Crawford, Roanoke; six daughters, Evelyn Riffe, Roanoke; Phyllis Reed, Salem; Darlene Wood, Roanoke; Wanda Anderson, Troutville; Patricia Reynolds, Rocky Face, Ga.; Lorene Crawford, Salem; one brother, Robert Brickey, Troutville; one sister, Mary B. Bailey, Covington; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 21, 1990, at 1:00 p.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with the Rev. Joe Walters officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
