DAVIS, WILLIAM C.\ William Cleaveland "Cleve" Davis, age 75, died Friday, May 18, 1990. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Effie Yopp Davis; Elliston, his mother, Mrs. Katherine Davis, Blacksburg; two sisters, Mrs. Cloe Allen, Newport; Mrs. Elizabeth Womack, Check; three brothers, Gold Davis and Daniel Davis, both of Blacksburg; Everett Davis, Elliston; also nieces, nephews,including Mrs. Mary N. Wood, Shawsville. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, at the Grant E. Bryant Funeral Home. Interment in Galilee Cemetery. Arrangements by Grant E. Bryant Funeral Home, Elliston.
