OBIT MCKEE, M.

Melvin Nelson McKee, age 44, of Route 2, Vinton, passed away Sunday in a local hospital. Surviving are his wife, Shannie Poff McKee; three sons, Greg McKee, Mark McKee, and Matthew McKee, all at home; his mother, Lyla Peters McKee, Route 2, Vinton; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael E. and Debbie McKee, Vinton; two granddaughters, Kaysie and Courtnie. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 1990, from the Lotz Vinton Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Robert Wayne officiating. Interment will be in the McKee Family Cemetery. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
