\ TALLAHASSEE, FLA. - Frances Irene Minnick Mitchem (Mrs. R. C.), formerly of Christiansburg and lately of Tallahassee and Jacksonville, died Sunday in a Tallahassee hospital. She is survived by two daughters, Beatrice M. Smith; Tallahassee; Nancy M. Sack, Vienna, Va.; three sisters, Helen M. Martin, and Fearnie M. Luckadoo, of Blacksburg; Inez M. Edwards, Vinton; two brothers, Jackson H. Minnick, Roanoke; and Douglas B. Minnick; Christiansburg. Arrangements by Culley & Sons, Tallahassee, Fla.
