\ Mrs. Ethel (Achie) Justice Stacey, age 83, formerly of Salem, died May 27, 1990. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert A. Stacey and daughter, Helen Stacey. She is survived by her sister, Hazel Sexton and brother, Ralph Justice, also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Memorial Gardens, Dublin, Va., with the Rev. Carter Sloan officiating. Friends may call at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
