REPUTED GANG LEADER SLAIN IN RICHMOND

A Richmond man described by police as the leader of a violent drug gang was shot to death Thursday as he sat on a sidewalk a block from his home.

Clayton Brown, 20, was shot in the back of the head, the chest and the groin, according to Richmond police Capt. James R. Otto.
