HIDALGO-HANDLEY

Elena Maria Hidalgo of Westlake and John Elliott Handley of Arlington, Va., formerly of Roanoke, Va., have announced their engagement.

Miss Hidalgo is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fausto Hidalgo of Rocky River, Ohio.

Mr. Handley is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. George E. Handley of Philadelphia.

A September wedding is planned.
