OTHER POLLUTING PROJECTS IGNORED?

ALTHOUGH I am neutral in the co-generation altercation in the Buena Vista-Rockbridge County area, I have a few questions.

Interstates 81 and 64 have thousands of cars and trucks traveling daily, with the resultant pollution, but I didn't hear of any opposition before or during construction.
