ROUPAS ANNIVERSARY

Roupas anniversary Mr. and Mrs. George Frank Roupas of Roanoke have celebrated 50 years of marriage. They were married June 9, 1935 in Lynchburg.

Mr. Roupas, a native of Greece, retired as owner-operator of Sunshine One Hour Cleaners. He is a member of the Order of American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association and Kazim Shrine Temple.

Mrs. Roupas, the former Penelope Simopoulos of New York City, retired as owner-operator of Sunshine One Hour Cleaners. She is a member of the Greek Orthodox Church Ladies Club.

The couple are members of the Greek Orthodox Church. They have two children and three grandchildren.
