Mrs. Freda Wimmer Harrison, age 59, of Salem, died Sunday, June 10, 1990, in a Roanoke hospital. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Sheila Harrison; Grover A., Jr., and Cindy Harrison, Salem; one son, Gary L. Harrison, Roanoke; three stepdaughters, Wanda Matney and Maryann Lawson, both of Roanoke; Joanne Overby, Hershey, Pa.; her mother, Mrs. Lilly Edwards Wimmer, Roanoke; four brothers, Tommy Wimmer, Salem; Charlie Wimmer, Phoenix, Ala.; Grady Wimmer, Salem; William Wimmer, Jr., Glendale, Md.; five sisters, Joyce Altizer, Salem; Doris Woolridge and Norma Lucas, both of Roanoke; Barbara Smith, Christiansburg; Victoria Abshagen, Buffalo, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Brandi Harrison, Kara Harrison and Scott Harrison. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 12, at 11:00 a.m. at Lotz Salem Chapel with interment in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel after 12:00 noon on Monday.
