OBIT BRYANT, R.

Roy Scott Bryant, age 74, of 501 Whittaker Ave., N.E., died Monday, June 11, 1990. He was a member of Villa Heights Baptist Church and retired employee of Virginia Food, Inc. and an army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Zela M. Bryant; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol B. and Robert A. Gentilini, Tampa, Fla.; one brother, Joseph H. Bryant, Vinton; one sister, Daisy B. Rowland, Vinton. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's North Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 14, with the Rev. Harold C. Lewis and the Rev. J. Landon Maddex officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
