Susan Chocklett Haywood, age 33, of 2820 Embassy Circle N.W., died Wednesday, June 13, 1990. She was an employee of Holiday Inn, Tanglewood. Surviving are one daughter, Amber Renee Haywood, Roanoke; her parents, Thomas E. and Alma C. Chocolate, Roanoke; two sisters, Cheryl C. Booth, Roanoke; Barbara L. Wiggins, Bent Mountain; two brothers, Glenn Wayne and Philip E. Chocolate, both of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens, 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 15 with the Rev. David N. Neal, officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel after 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
