OBIT TENNEY, L.

L. Ray Tenney, age 89, of Rt. 1, passed away Wednesday, June 13, as a result of injuries sustained at an a automobile accident. He was born January 1, 1901 in Upshire County, W.Va. He was a retired foreman with Walker Foundry. He is survived by his wife, Hazel M. Tenney; one son, Gerald Rex Tenney, Moneta; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 16, 1990, at 11:00 a.m. from the Updike Funeral Home Chapel, Huddleston by the Rev. Joe Prince. Interment will be in the Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends this evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
