\ BLACKSBURG - Charles R. Ratcliff, age 57, died Friday, June 15, 1990, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte A. Ratcliff; two daughters, Polly Albert, Blacksburg; Debbie Gravely, Christiansburg; two sons, Randy Ratcliff, Blacksburg; Ralph Curtis Alls, Roanoke County; one stepson, Charles Edward Alls, Richmond; one sister, Susie Ratcliff, Blacksburg; one brother, Doug Ratcliff, Blacksburg; seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, June 18, at 11:00 a.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Robert Eldridge and Richard Waller will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blacksburg Rescue Squad, 200 Progress Street, N.E., Blacksburg, Va., 24060. The family will receive friends Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
