HOYT GRIFFITH, senior vice president of retail electronic services for Dominion Bankshares Corp., has been elected to the board of directors of Plus System Inc., an internationally shared automated teller machine network. Griffith joined Dominion in 1970 and became vice president of the retail electronic services division in 1982.
\ LAWRENCE JACKSON has been appointed president of the Virginia Division of Westmoreland Coal Co., effective July 1. He joined the company in 1979 as longwall manager and has most recently served as vice president and general manager for the Virginia Division located in Big Stone Gap.
