\ Melba Mae Robertson, age 69, of 326 Edgemont Street, died Saturday, June 16, 1990, in a local nursing home. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Vera Shepherd, Rocky Mount; one brother, Mr. Luther Robertson Sr., Rocky Mount; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Lynch Chapel with the Rev. Jackie Spence and the Rev. Kirby L. Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in High Street Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 3:00 p.m. Monday where the family will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
