OLSEN TO JOIN CBS CREW THIS FALL

NFL commentator Merlin Olsen is leaving NBC after 13 years to join CBS.

CBS announced Wednesday that the Hall of Fame lineman will join the network this fall as an NFL analyst.

Olsen was NBC's top analyst for many years, but his status declined last season after the network hired former San Francisco 49ers coach Bill Walsh.
