The Dale City man, who received 11 life sentences plus 50 years for abducting and sexually assaulting girls in Northern Virginia, told authorities last week that he also abducted and sodomized a 13-year-old girl as she walked to school, authorities said Wednesday.
Tom Hughes, director of the victim-witness program for Prince William Commonwealth's Attorney Paul Ebert, said the admission was made by Breer on June 14 during a meeting at the Arlington County Detention Center where Breer is jailed.
Leesburg lawyer Paul Maslakowski, who represents Breer, said he contacted Ebert to arrange the meeting.
His client wanted to "clear the air," the attorney said.
