GARVEY, M.

Mrs. W. C. (Marjorie) Garvey, age 68, of Roanoke, died Saturday in a local hospital. She was a member of Grandin Court Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, William C. Garvey, Jr, Roanoke; three daughters and sons-in-law, Carole and Lt. Col. Richard Edmondson of San Antonio, Texas; Sharon and Donald Mundy of Roanoke; Debbie and Keven Okes of Rocky Mount, Va.; son, Douglas Keith Gravey, Roanoke; aunt, Myrtle W. Hurt, Winston-Salem, N. C.; one sister-in-law, Frances L. Garvey of Roanoke; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel 2:00 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Robert Hamner officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Oakey's South Chapel.
