Roy Kefauver Simmons, age 84, of Stewartsville died Friday, June 22, 1990. Mr. Simmons had attended the Class of 1930 at V.M.I. He is survived by his wife, Jenova S. Simmons of Salem; two sons, Walter L. Simmons, Stewartsville; Harris C. Simmons, Roanoke; one brother, Patrick E. Simmons, Vinton; two sisters, Doella McManaway, Roanoke; Rebecca Smith, Bedford; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 25, 1990, at 3:00 p.m. at the Lotz Vinton Chapel. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Vinton. Friends may call at the Lotz Vinton Chapel.
