Wakefield (4-7), a knuckleballer, held Lynchburg to five hits in seven innings, gave up five walks and allowed just one earned run.
Czajkowski allowed one walk in two innings and picked up his fifth save of the season.
The Bucs scored both of their runs in the fifth inning. Greg Sims led off with a walk, moved to second on a fielder's choice and scored on Darwin Pennye's single. Mike Brewington and Mandy Romero singled to plate Pennye.
Lynchburg's run came on a two-out double by John Malzone in the fourth. Greg Blosser had singled, stolen second and gone to third on a wild pitch before crossing the plate.
