PHILPOTT, ETHEL H.\ Mrs. Ethel H. Philpott, of Roanoke, died Thursday, June 28, 1990, in a Roanoke hospital. Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Nancy P. and Joseph H. Austin, Jr., Roanoke; Mary P. Terpstra, Ashton, Md.; one sister, Mrs. Sue H. Korte, Roanoke; one grandson and one great-granddaughter. A private service will be conducted at Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
