\ William M. Beheler Sr., age 66, of 6912 Dallas Road, N.W., died Thursday, June 28, 1990 in a local hospital. He was a charter member of Northview United Methodist Church, and was a meteorologist at Roanoke Municipal Airport with over 40 years of service. He was also a member of Acorn Flying Club, was an Air Force Pilot in WWII, and a Major in the Air Force Reserve. He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, William M. Jr. (Charlie) and wife, Ann B. Beheler; Dennis C. Beheler; two grandsons, William M. III and John G. Beheler, all of Roanoke; three aunts, Sally Hodges; Tavie Hodges; Brownie Zirkle, all of Salem; one uncle, Reggie Hodges, Maryland; plus a number of cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel on Monday, July 2, 1990 at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. John N. Vest officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel after 2:00 p.m. Saturday, where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, and from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
