\ Carol Kidd Kingery, age 47, of Roanoke, died Friday, June 29, 1990. She sang for The Victors Quartet, was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and was co-owner of Valley Wheel and Parts, Inc. Surviving are her husband of twenty-eight years, L. E. (Sonny) Kingery; a son, Maurice G. Kingery, Roanoke; a daughter and son-in-law, Trelbie K. and J. Michael Whitehead, Roanoke; her mother, Nora S. Kidd, Roanoke; three brothers, Ronald Kidd, James Kidd, both of Vinton; Donald Kidd, Boones Mill; a sister, Mrs. Edward St.Clair, Richmond; a granddaughter, Trelisha D. Whitehead; also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at First Church of the Nazarene (corner of 8th St. and Highland Ave., S. E.) Sunday, July 1, 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Ernie Lewis and the Rev. Robert Field officiating. Interment in Bandy Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel.
