IBM GIVES COMPUTER TO SCORE

IBM has given a computer, printer and software to the Roanoke chapter of the Service Corps of Retired Executives through the IBM Fund for Community Service.

SCORE volunteers, who advise small businesses, are using the equipment to schedule client appointments, maintain records and provide counseling on cash-flow projections.

The contribution was made through Joseph W. Ferguson, a retired IBM employee. - Staff report
