Mrs. Lois Inez Coffey, age 67, died on Thursday, June 28, 1990, in Riverside Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Roanoke for 38 years and was a member of Belmont Christian Church, Roanoke. She is survived by her husband, Novell M. Coffey, Newport News; two daughters, Patricia Davis and Jeanne Gray, both of Hampton; two sons, Robert S. Bailey, Jr. and Stephen M. Bailey, both of Newport News; two sisters, Ina Bobbitt and Dorothy Crawford, both of Roanoke; three brothers, Cecil Wingo and Vernon Wingo, both of Roanoke; Mason Wingo, South Carolina; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 1990, in Peninsula Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Holland, York Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday in Peninsula Funeral Home from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The family suggests that memorials be sent to the Dialysis Unit, Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, Va. 23601. Peninsula Funeral Home, Newport News, is in charge of the arrangements.
