\ GALAX - William Howard Jennings, age 75, of Route 6, Galax, passed away Friday in Twin County Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hazel Nichols Jennings; one daughter, Mrs. Carol Jean Cason of Roanoke; one son, Roger Dale Jennings of Galax; two sisters, Miss OttoLean Jennings of Galax and Mrs. Jean Cox of Woodlawn; a brother, Clarence Jennings of New Canton, Va.; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Cliffview Church of God with burial in the Felts Cemetery. Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax, is in charge of the arrangements.
