\ CHRISTIANSBURG - Eula Coalson Manuel, age 90, of Christiansburg, formerly of Pulaski, died Monday, July 16, 1990, at Richfield Nursing Center, Salem. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelcy S. Manuel; a son, Lawrence Eugene Manuel; a daughter, Dorothy Andrews. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Kenneth S. Manuel, Pulaski; two daughters, Mrs. James E. (Maudeleen) Saunders, Pulaski; Mrs. Colleen Schmidt, Christiansburg; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Main Street Baptist Church Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. William Hungate and the Rev. Peter L. duPlessie officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Baptist Orphanage in Salem. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 Wednesday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
