Mrs. Murrill Bowman Terry, age 71, of Mount Vernon, Ill., formerly of Salem, died Tuesday, January 29, 1991. She is survived by her son, James L. Terry, and his wife, Becky, Mount Vernon, Ill.; daughter, Mrs. Harold (Myra) D. Braasch, Lewisburg, Penn.; six grandchildren; brother, George A. Bowman, Boyce, Va. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William J. Bowman. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday at East Hill Cemetery, Salem, with Rev. Robert R. Ward officiating. The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
