Catherine Schuyler Barlow, age 49, of Salem, went to be with the Lord Wednesday evening in a Charlottesville hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church (Roanoke) where she was a member of the choir and various church committees. Surviving are her husband, Wayne F. Barlow; her son, Rodney Musselman; her mother, Helen V. Schuyler; three loving brothers, Floyd A. Schuyler, Jr., Emmett W. Schuyler, and David L. Schuyler; two sisters-in-law, Phoebe and Connie Schuyler; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday from First Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday.
