OBIT GILLISPIE, M.

Margaret Louise Minnix Gillispie, age 73 of Roanoke County, died Saturday, February 2, 1991. She was the widow of Walter B. Gillispie and a member of the Basham Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Merle G. Belcher, Roanoke County; Peggy G. Booth of Vinton; Brenda G. Byrd of Roanoke County; one son, David B. Gillispie; eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; four brothers, James Calvin Minnix, of Shelby, N. C.; Avil (Bill) Minnix, New Castle; Raymond Martin, Ralph Martin, both of Roanoke; two sisters, Isabell M. Riley of Vinton; Sylvia M. Dickerson, Cloverdale. Funeral service will be at Oakey's Vinton Chapel 3:00 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Jodie Hendricks and the Rev. Kenneth R. Butterworth officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton.
