Julie Denise Crane and Howard Alan Levy announce their engagement. Julie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Crane, of Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., and is a graduate of Bluefield State College. Howard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Levy, of Blackstone, Va., and is a graduate of Radford University. The wedding will take place on April 20, 1991.
