Vaughan Ballard Lemon, age 83 of Salem, died Sunday in a Salem hospital. He was a retired engineer from the RFP Railroad and he is survived by his wife, Ruth Rhudy Lemon; one sister, Mrs. Zernell Divers, Richmond; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 6, 1991 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Thomas C. Clay officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel after 12:00 noon Tuesday.
