THREE TEENS CHARGED IN PIZZA HUT SHOOTING

Richmond police said three city teen-agers were arrested and charged with killing a pizza delivery driver.

The three youths were charged Friday in the November 1990 shooting death of 19-year-old Chris R. Dabney. Police did not release the youths' names, citing their ages.
